Q     Does the price apply to duplex (two pages per sheet)?

A     No. For duplex scanning, the price will be 6 cents per sheet, which means 3 cents per page.

Q     How about scanning in color?

A     This takes much longer and the price per page will depend on what kind of files the scanned pages will be saved as.

Q     What is the turnaround time?

A     It depends on the job and the number of pages. Straight scanning without sorting will be 1 to 2 weeks for up to 10 boxes.

Q     How do we know all the pages are scanned?

A     We have a different employee audit the scanned documents at random. We will also request you to randomly make copies of some of the pages of your documents before you ship them to us. When you get the media from us, then we request that you check and see that some of the pages you have copied before have been scanned. Only after you confirm with us that all is well, will we shred the records.
