Pricing

Fees start at the base price of $0.04 single page per sheet (8 1/2 by 11), if all documents are prepared for archiving (staples, paperclips removed, etc.).

An additional fee of $0.02 per sheet is charged if preparation is needed for the job.

To determine the overall price per job, documents are placed in a box and either measured or weighed.

For total number of sheets by measurement, 5 inches ( app. 13.5 lbs.)  is approximately 1,000 sheets.

For total number of sheets by weight, 1 lb. is about 75 sheets.

We only accept Mastercard and Visa.

Before ordering, please contact customer service by e-mail for an estimate.

Please e-mail us at customerservice@digitaldocumentarchiving.com with the following information: 1) number of boxes, 2) nature of business i.e., medical, legal, financial, etc., 3) location of material, 4) duplex or single page..

All orders should be pre-paid.

Please print the order and payment form by going to File and choosing Print.
