Media

Documents can be saved as either JPEG files or PDF files.

CD, DVD, and other media can be used, based on customer preference.

Product Delivery

Turnaround time on average orders is about 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Other Information

If data is needed from the documents during service time,  information can be located and provided within 24 hours.

If turnaround time is within an hour, a minimum pre-paid fee of $25.00 will be charged to credit card.
